We all know Elon Musk, not know the guy, but we’ve all heard of him. For those who don’t; Elon is the founder, CEO, CTO, and chief designer of SpaceX, co-founder of Neuralink, co-founder and initial co-chairman of OpenAI, CEO and product architect of Tesla, and is also one of the World's Most Powerful People.

When reading all of the above, one thing comes to my mind, where the hell does Elon find the time to be involved in all of his companies?

The daily routine of Elon Musk is filled with endless hours of work. Elon is also not a fan of meetings.

Excessive meetings are the blight of big companies and almost always get worse over time. Please get of all large meetings, unless you’re certain they are providing value to the whole audience, in which case keep them very short.

Also get rid of frequent meetings, unless you are dealing with an extremely urgent matter. Meeting frequency should drop rapidly once the urgent matter is resolved.

Walk out of a meeting or drop off a call as soon as it is obvious
