3 signs of growth

Growth is something we can’t avoid. Whether if it’s physical or mental growth. We start as babies and become toddlers, then teenagers, adults, and so on. Our state of mind also changes in this process. That’s nature’s law, and a beautiful one if you ask me.

Three signs of growth:

  • Remember that one thing you thought you would never be able to overcome but you did? This can be taking a leap of faith on a new job way past your comfort zone or the end of a relationship where you thought you couldn’t survive without the other person. If you can remember this and you overcame it, you can do that again.
  • You are better than where you were 5 years ago. And you will be better 5 years from now. If you stop and rewind 5 years ago, make a list of the things that are different now then they were back then and see what you’ve accomplished. Make some notes of what you want to achieve in the next 5 years now.
  • Celebrate little milestones. The little things in life matter the most, so try to celebrate these milestones by trying to show some gratitude to the universe. The law of attraction will attract more of these little milestones for you. Perhaps it’s you completing another year of school, or an extra year of job experience. Or maybe that new little skill you picked up recently that you weren’t as good at before. Any progress is progress.
